Specifying the Stress Levels to Plot
In the Stress Level Selection window, you specify which stress levels to plot for an ALT data set. To open this window, one of the following plot types must be selected in the Plot Options pane: Probability, Standardized Residuals Plot, Cox-Snell Residuals, or Standard vs Fitted Value.
1. In the LDA Navigator, select the ALT data set.
2. In the data set’s ALT Parameter’s pane, click the Stress Levels button to open the Stress Level Selection window.
If this button is not shown, the plot type selected in the Plot Options pane is not one of those listed in the introductory paragraph.
In the Stress Level Selection window, all available stress levels are selected by default.
If multiple stresses are active, a slash (/) separates the stress values for each combination. For example, assume that two stresses, temperature and voltage, are active. A checkbox with a value of 315/3 indicates that the temperature is 315 and the voltage is 3.
The three models that support time-varying stress permit only one active stress. In this case, the checkbox for its stress profile is selected by default.
3. Select the checkboxes for the stress levels to plot and click OK.
Once the data set is calculated, you can view the plot in the ALT Plot pane.
