Viewing an FTA Report
To view an FTA report:
1. In the Project Navigator, under Reports > FTA Reports, select (Common) FTA (Summary). Because the three reports in this Report Binder file require input data, the Report Properties window opens.
2. For the top report, do the following:
a. Under the Record Selection heading, select Print selected gate.
b. If BAT-FIRE is not already selected, click

to select it.c. Verify that the Apply this selection to all reports checkbox is selected.
For the other reports, you can use the default values.
3. Click OK to generate the report and open it in a preview window. This report outputs data related to a fault tree (top gate) in the System file. It includes calculation data, gate and event details, and the fault tree diagram.
You can use the toolbar in this window to print your report, move through its pages, switch between a two-page and one-page view, zoom in and out, and close this window.
4. When finished viewing the report, do one of the following to close the window:

◦ Click the close button
