Graphing FMEA Data
The FMEA module has several supplied graphs and supports the creation of custom graphs. During the installation of Windchill Risk and Reliability, Graph Template files for all supplied graphs are copied into the Common Library so that they are available for immediate use with all your Projects. You can generate a graph using any Graph Template file in the Project or in the Common Library. All Graph Template files in the Common Library have a (Common) prefix in their names.
To generate a supplied FMEA graph:
1. In the Project Navigator, under Graphs > FMEA Graphs, select (Common) FMEA Top 10 RPN. The Select FMEA window opens.
2. Select System Functional FMEA and click OK to generate the graph.
This graph displays the failures modes with the highest RPN (risk priority number) values in a cylinder bar graph.
3. When you are finished viewing the graph, select > . If a window opens, asking whether you want to save changes, click No.
