After Windchill Risk and Reliability is installed, the first person to log in to the Administrator application must use the default Admin user account. The password for Admin user is set during installation and is granted all possible permissions. In the Log In to Administrator window, type Admin for User name, password set during installation in password, and click OK. Then, once the Administrator application starts, immediately set a password for the Admin account to prevent unauthorized access to this application.
