Directories User Options
The following table describes the options that appears under Directories in the Options window.

Specify paths for these options only if you want to store files in a folder other than the default. Any pre-existing files in the default directory are not transferred to the override directory. Unless you manually move pre-existing files to the override directory, attempting to open them will cause error messages to display.

Attachments directory
|
The location of the folder for attachments. When this option is blank (default), attachments are stored in the standard Attachments folder, which is created in the installation directory on the application server when the first attachment is uploaded. The path is probably:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PTC\Windchill Risk and Reliability 12.0\Windchill Risk and Reliability\Attachments

Audit trail files directory
|
The location of the folder for Audit Trail files. When this option is blank (default), Audit Trail fils are stored in the standard Audit Trail folder, which is created in the installation directory on the application server. The path is probably:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PTC\Windchill Risk and Reliability 12.0\Windchill Risk and Reliability\AuditTrail

Parts Library Update directory
|
The location of the folder for installing new versions of Prediction Parts Library files. Upon startup, this folder is checked to see if new files are available. When this option is blank (default), new files are copied to the Windchill Risk and Reliability application server. The path is probably:
C:\ProgramData\PTC\Windchill Risk and Reliability\12.0
