Creo Packages detects the object-level and definition-level conflicts during an export operation.

Creo Packages resolves conflicts according to the resolutions in the wpc_preferences.txt or a CSV file. These files contain the conflict resolution statements along with the resolution values. You must select a suitable resolution value for the conflict that you have encountered while exporting.

Creo Packages generates a conflict report in the form of a TXT file that lists the overridable and non-overridable conflicts. Creo Packages creates a separate TXT file for each conflict. This file is generated in the output folder or your current working folder. The file is named <Process type>_Conflicts_<user name>_<time stamp as yyyyMMdd_HHmmss>.txt, where process type is either export or import.
