Access Information Page

From an Access Information page, you can view all available details for the access rights relating to a specific participant and object. The page provides a central location for viewing this information.

To view the access information for a specific participant and object, click the view access information icon

on the Access table, which is available from the Edit Access Control window.

The Access Information page opens.

The information on the Access Information page can be grouped into the following categories:

• Information about the object.

• Information about the participant, the permissions that are granted and not granted for the participant, and security label restrictions (if security labels are enabled).

• Information about any administrative locks that are applied to the object.

• The Access Rules table, which lists the rules that are in place that determine the current permissions for the participant.

• The Security Labels table, which lists the security labels values for the object (if security labels are enabled). The security labels may restrict the participant's access to the object unless the participant is cleared by an active agreement.

Click Close to close the window after you have inspected the information on the page.
