About Analysis Activities

Analysis activities are objects that were migrated from legacy systems. Customers have limited actions on these objects. You cannot create and edit analysis activities.

An analysis activity contains a detailed description and the results of an analysis either to determine the cause of the issue (in a change investigation) or to fix or resolve the issue (in a change proposal). The analysis activity may also identify relevant objects that could be causing the issue or that may need to be changed due to the proposed solution.
