Agreements Page
Agreements are available in Windchill solutions that have security labels and agreements enabled. You can access the Agreements page from the Site , Organizations , Projects , Programs ,Products , and Libraries contexts. The Agreements page for a particular context lists all the agreements within that context in an Agreement Folder Contents table.
This page is only visible to members of the agreement managers group. For more information, see Agreement Managers Group.
Agreement Folder Contents Table
The Agreement Folder Contents table on the Agreements page shows the agreements available within the current context.
You can customize the table by selecting a different view from the view drop-down list. For more information about table views, including how to customize a table view, see Using Tables.
From the Agreement Folder Contents table, you can take certain actions on individual agreements or groups of agreements. Most actions available from the Agreement Folder Contents table are consistent with the actions found elsewhere in Windchill. Some actions available from the Agreement Folder Contents table are:
• Copy, Cut, and Paste - Use these actions to create a new agreement from an existing one, or to move an agreement to a different folder or context. Cut and Copy actions can be used on multiple agreements by selecting multiple agreements from the table and using the appropriate icon from the table or action from the Edit menu. • New Agreement - Agreements are created in the context from which you choose the New Agreement action. For more information, see Creating Agreements.
