Updating a Domain
Updating a domain allows you to edit domain properties and edit the rules that are in effect for the domain.
To update a domain, use the following procedure:
1. Select the domain and click Update on the Policy Administration window.
The Administrative Domain window opens.
2. On the Properties tab, make any desired changes to the domain properties. The domain name and description each have a maximum length of 200 characters.

You cannot change the context of the domain after the domain has been created.
3. Click the Access Control tab to manage access control rules for the selected domain.
4. Click the Indexing tab to manage indexing rules for the selected domain.
5. Click the Notification tab to manage notification rules for the selected domain.
6. Click OK to save the changes to the domain and close the window.
or
Click Apply to keep the window open so you can create, view, update, or delete rules for the domain. Click Close when you are satisfied with the changes you have applied.
