Property Administrator Actions
Icons that appear next to a service or adapter name indicate the following:

Description
Click to reload the properties for the specified service or adapter.
Most property changes can be applied while the service or adapter is running; however, some changes may require a restart to take effect.
Indicates that the out-of-process service or adapter is running.
Indicates that an out-of-process service or adapter has stopped.
Exporting and Importing configuration Entries
To convert information for a specific service or adapter to Data Interchange Format (LDIF), click [Export] at the top of the property editor form. To export information from all services, adapters, or forms, click [Import/Export] on the Info*Engine Property Administration main page. Depending on your browser settings, you are prompted to view or save the resulting file.
To import the resulting LDIF information into another service or adapter entry, click [Import/Export] on the Info*Engine Property Administration main page.
Form Actions
The following buttons appear when editing a form or defining service and adapter entries:

Add
After entering information in a text box, click Add to display the information in the form.
Cancel
Return to the main Property Administration page without saving changes.
Create Adapter
Save changes and create the adapter.
Create Service
Save changes and create the service.
Edit
Open a new browser window with a larger text box to enter a value.
OK
Save changes. Changes are not saved if you do not click OK.
Remove
Delete configuration information you have manually entered, such as Additional Properties or Additional Services values.
Remove Form
Delete a form template from the Form Editor menu.
Remove Service
Remove the service or adapter from the Property Administration utility. The Property Administration utility prompts you to confirm the request.

This action appears next to the Co-Resident Services field (if added). Click [view] to display the form for the co-resident service in a new window.
