Selecting an Enumeration for Initial Customization
The information page of the Custom Modeled Enumerations organizer allows you to initially select an unmodified out-of-the-box enumeration for customization.
After you select the enumeration for customization, it is listed under the Custom Modeled Enumerations organizer. Enumerations can be selected from the left navigation pane for subsequent customizations.
To select an enumeration that you want to customize, use the following procedure:
1. From the Actions menu or the right-click actions menu of the Custom Modeled Enumerations organizer, select Customize Enumeration.
The Customize Enumeration window opens.
2. Enter the following information for the enumeration:
Internal Name—Perform the given steps:
1. Click the Search icon to select the enumeration.
The Select Enumeration dialog box opens. It displays the names of modeled enumerations along with their resource bundle files. When you change the values of an enumerated type, the respective resource bundle info file is updated.
2. Select the appropriate enumeration.

You cannot select an enumeration that is already listed in the Custom Modeled Enumerations organizer.
3. Click OK.
The name of the resource bundle file appears in the Internal Name box.
Display Name—Specify a display name for the enumeration.
Description—Specify a description for the enumeration.
3. Click OK.
The selected enumeration is listed in the Custom Modeled Enumerations organizer. The information page of the enumeration is displayed in the edit mode. The page shows the properties and the value list of the enumeration. You can customize the enumeration for your business needs. For more information, see Customizing Modeled Enumerations.
