Enable the Participant List Table

Data Management Capabilities > Managing Change > Change Management Administration > Enable the Participant List Table

Starting with Windchill 12.1.1.0, the property wt.change2.changetask.MultipleParticipantsSelection is removed. To display the Participant List table for specific types of change tasks, the administrators can configure Assignment Method on change tasks.

Administrators can configure Assignment Method on change tasks to display the Participant List table for specific types of change tasks.

1. Navigate to Utilities > Type and Attribute Management.

2. In the Manage Types area, select the Change Task.

3. Select the

Edit action.

4. From the Assignment Method menu, select the desirable option:

◦ Assignee and Reviewer Roles Only

◦ Multiple Participants Selection

If you have selected the Multiple Participants Selection method before an upgrade, then after the upgrade the method resets to the default Assignee and Reviewer Roles Only. You can set it back to the Multiple Participants Selection method using above steps. You can assign different assignment methods for the root type, subtype, and child of subtype.
