An out-of-the-box PTC UDI License profile has been created for Unique Device Identification module to match the license capabilities of other quality management solution modules.
Additional Details
The PTC UDI License profile is introduced in Windchill 12.1.1.0. PTC UDI License requires the PTC Contribute License as a prerequisite. This license profile supports all the capabilities and actions for Unique Device Identification module such as create UDI, edit UDI, refresh UDI, approve or bulk approve UDI, validate UDI, and follow-up on UDI.
The New UDI submission action is removed from the PTC Quality License profile and PTC Quality Medical Device License profile, and made available in the PTC UDI License profile.
