Increased Character Limit for the URL Attribute Link Field
The out-of-the-box size of the link field of the URL type global attribute has been increased from 200 to 4000.
Benefit
Capturing and storing long URL values in global attributes will no longer require a database customization to increase the column length.
Summary
The URL link field is increased to 4000 out-of-the-box. This should accommodate all existing customizations of this column length. All out-of-the-box applications will reflect this new length. You may need to adjust your custom code if you have added any special behavior. There is no change in the size of the label field.
