Workflow Manager Process Properties
Details for the workflow process properties are listed in the lower pane of the workflow process manager. The section contains the following sections:
Process Details
Process Variables—This table provides details for all variables associated with the workflow process. These variables are defined as part of the workflow template. For more information, see Variables Tab.
Process Participants—This table lists all roles and their associated participants (users, groups, or organizations) for the workflow process.
Process Content—This table lists any content files associated with the object for which the process is executing. To access these files, click the link in the Primary Object field under Process Details.
Process Details
Category
Category of the workflow template. This information is entered during template definition.
Deadline
Date by which the workflow process is to be completed. This is entered during workflow template definition, but can be overridden when the workflow process starts.
Team
Group of users associated with the object.
Health
Status of the workflow process. A process can be running normally, with warnings, or with errors. For more information, see Workflow Process Health Status.
State
Current state of the workflow process.
Start Time
Date and time that the workflow process started.
End Time
Date and time that the workflow process completed.
Priority
Relative importance assigned to this process. This is typically entered when the workflow process starts.
Process Initiator
The user who started the process.

Click the username to send an email to open a new email addressed to that user.
Template Name
Name of the workflow template upon which this workflow process is based.
Primary Object
Primary business object associated with the process. This information is entered when the workflow process starts.
Click the object name to open the object information page.
Click the object type icon to open any associated content for the object.
Click the discuss icon to open the Discussions table.
Lifecycle
Name and phases of the life cycle template associated with the object.
Click the template name to open the life cycle template information page. Click the History link to open the Life Cycle History table.

Description of the workflow process. This information is entered during workflow template definition, but can be overridden when the workflow process starts.
