The following table serves as a key for the Windchill Visualization Service icons. You can print this for future quick reference.

Description
Creates a new representation of the object.
Opens a Batch Print operation in Creo View, allowing you to print various files associated with an item.
Refreshes the list of information on a particular page.
In the Batch Print option, displays the available Print Options for a selected job.
Displays the part structure of the item in Creo View.
Displays the object(s) in Creo View.
On the search results or information page, creates a default representation for a part, document, CAD document, or Dynamic Document.
An assembly is configured using the default configuration specification (or the latest config type set) on the New Representation window and the structure type is set to EPM only. If this icon is not shown for a part, the part cannot be published because it lacks the necessary CAD data.
On the Representations/Annotations table, republishes the selected representation using the same configuration specification and structure type.
Open in Creo Illustrate— opens the Creo Illustrate (.c3di) files in Creo Illustrate.
Import to Creo Illustrate— imports the Creo View (.pvz) files in Creo Illustrate.
In the Representations/Annotations table, indicates that a representation is the default representation.
In the Representations/Annotations table, indicates that a representation is not the default representation. Click on this icon to make it the default.
In the Representations/Annotations table, indicates a default multi-fidelity representation.
In the Representations/Annotations table, indicates a multi-fidelity representation that is not the default representation. Click on this icon to make it the default.
In the Representations/Annotations table, on a WTPart, this indicates a default representation on a referenced object, for instance, a drawing. These representations cannot be changed but can be opened in Creo View.
In the Representations/Annotations table, on a WTPart, this indicates a non-default representation on a referenced object, for instance, a drawing. These representations cannot be changed, but can be opened in Creo View.
In the Representations/Annotations table, on a WTPart, this indicates a default multi-fidelity representation on a referenced object, for instance, a drawing. These representations cannot be changed but can be opened in Creo View.
In the Representations/Annotations table, on a WTPart, this indicates a non-default multi-fidelity representation on a referenced object, for instance, a drawing. These representations cannot be changed, but can be opened in Creo View.
On the Representations/Annotations table, for an Annotation Set, right-click and choose Lock Annotation to lock the markup to prevent modification. Only the person who locked the markup (or an administrator) can unlock it.
On the Representations/Annotations table for an Annotation Set, right-click and choose Unlock Annotation to unlock the markup the markup so that others can modify it.
On the Representations/Annotations table for an Annotation Set, right-click and choose Enable Copy Forward to copy forward to the new iteration.
On the Representations/Annotations table right mouse button Actions menu for an Annotation Set, sets the annotation to not be copied forward to the new iteration.
On the Representations/Annotations table Actions menu, Delete Selected deletes the associated object(s).
On the Representations/Annotations table, the icon for annotations.
On the Representations/Annotations table Actions menu for a representation, Post Publish initiates post-publishing for a representation.
On the Representations/Annotations table Actions menu for a representation, indicates post-publishing is not available for a representation.
On the Representations/Annotations table Actions menu for an Annotation Set, copies all objects to the clipboard.
On the Representations/Annotations table Actions menu for an Annotation Set, Paste pastes all representations from the clipboard.
On the Representations/Annotations table Actions menu for an Annotation Set, Paste Selection allows you to select specific objects from the clipboard and paste them.
Accesses the WVS Job Monitor.
Indicates a Publish Job in the Job Type column in the Job Summary table; and indicates a Publish Job Job Type in the Job Details pane of the WVS Job Monitor.
Indicates a Print Job in the Job Type column in the Job Summary table; and indicates a Print Job Job Type in the Job Details pane of the WVS Job Monitor.
Indicates an Interference Detection Job in the Job Type column in the Job Summary table; and indicates an Interference Detection Job Job Type in the Job Details pane of the WVS Job Monitor.
