Viewing a Regulatory Report
The eMDR, Canadian, and Vigilance reports are built into Windchill Customer Experience Management, so these three types of reports can be viewed directly in the software. There are many ways to view the reports. This section describes a few methods for viewing the eMDR, Canadian, and Vigilance reports in PDF format.
Viewing Reports on a Regulatory Activity Task
To view a regulatory report on a regulatory activity task, follow these steps:
1. From the My Tasks table on your Home page, click the link in the Subject column of a report task.

The regulatory activity task must be in the Creation workflow state or later.
2. On the Attributes tab, under Report Data, click View Report.
Viewing Reports on the Customer Experience Information Page
To view a regulatory report on the customer experience information page, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the customer experience information page.
On the Navigator, expand the correct quality context, and click Customer Experience. Click the information icon for the customer experience ID.
Search for the customer experience ID at the top of the Home page.
2. Go to the Structure tab on the customer experience information page.
3. In the left column, select the regulatory report activity. The right column displays the information from the Attributes tab.
4. Under Report Data, click View Report.
Viewing Reports on a Report Creation Task
To view a regulatory report on a report creation task, follow these steps:
1. On your Home page, right-click the eMDR Creation, Canada Report Creation, or Vigilance Report Creation task in the My Tasks table and select Enter Report Details.
2. At the bottom of the window, click View Report to view a draft report based on the data that has been entered into that task. Because the report is still in the Creation state, it has not been submitted, but you can view the draft.
