You can create workflow templates that map activities to teams using roles. Users within these roles are then assigned tasks. In the following example, a simple workflow template with only one activity node is shown. This activity has two roles associated with it and the team has two users in each role. When the workflow process is executed, the Workflow Process Engine starts the Activity. Each role gets an assignment and each user gets a task to complete. These tasks are available to the users in the Tasks table.
