Users must be members of the Replication Managers group to initiate replication. To add a member to the Replication Managers group, edit the user in the Participant Administration page. During this process, you can assign the user to the Replication Managers group.

After you add the user to the Replication Managers group, the users sees Replicate as an option in the Actions menu in the Search Results window.
