Tab | Description |
---|---|
Details | This tab displays the data monitor attributes. The attributes displayed are among those defined on the New Data Monitor and Edit Data Monitor windows. |
Executed Reports | This tab displays the Name, Execution Time, and Status of each instance where the data monitor has executed. The status values displayed correspond to the process queue status for the data monitor, with the exception of Threshold not met. The Threshold not met status indicates that the threshold specified for the data monitor was not met when the scheduled execution time occurred. For users who are recipients of the executed report, the name value of the executed report appears as a hyperlink; click the name to view the results of that data monitor execution. Use your browser’s back button to return to the data monitor information page. The executed reports are purged from the system after a specified period of time (by default, thirty (30) days). A site administrator can change the specified period of time by setting the Data Monitor Executed Reports Purge Frequency preference. To set this preference, navigate to > ; the preference is found in the Preference Management table under Reports. For more information, see About the Preference Management Utility. |
