Updates Table
The Updates table under the Home tab displays the objects that you have recently created or modified.
From this table, you can click the view information icon 
to open the information page for the object, or you can modify the object by selecting an action from the Actions menu for the object. For more information, see Using Tables.

Actions
The following actions may be available from the Updates table toolbar. Select the check box in the object row, and then click the icon.

 | The copy icon creates a duplicate of the selected object and places it temporarily on the clipboard where it is available to be saved in a new location using the paste icon. |
 | The add to hotlinks icon adds a new link for each selected row to the Hot Links folder in the Notebook table under the Home tab. |
