Enabling or Disabling a Context Template
Enabling a template means that the template is ready for use. Enabling or disabling a template enables or disables the template in all contexts where it is available; you cannot enable a template in one context and disable it in another.
Administrators can use organization, product, library, program, and project templates to create corresponding contexts only if the templates are enabled and
visible.
Checking in or checking out a context template does not change whether the template is enabled.
You initially set the enabled status when you create the template, and you can change that status when you update the template. Also, actions to enable and disable a context template can be found on the
information page of a specific template and on the
Templates where you can display the templates that are available from a context. From the right-click actions menu, select
Enable to enable a disabled template or select
Disable to disable an enabled template.
