Setting Up the Life Cycle Template to use Change Management Transitions
To define the transition state when a change notice is released:
1. From the Utilities page of Site 
, Organizations 
, Products 
, or Libraries, click Life Cycle Template Administration.
, Organizations , Products , or Libraries, click Life Cycle Template Administration.2. Select the template that represents your resulting object.
3. Click Edit.
4. Select the state and the transitions you want applied.
