Copying a Partial Set of Instances

Activity with family table objects is only available in Windchill PDMLink or Windchill ProjectLink.

To copy a partial set of instances for a family table:
1. In Windchill, navigate to a Folders page listing your family table objects.
2. In the folder table, select the instances that you want to copy, then select Save As from the right-click menu.
The Save As window opens.
3. In the Save As window, follow the guidelines and procedure (from step 2 on) for “Saving Commonspace Objects as New Objects”. See Saving Commonspace Objects As New Objects.
