Using an Adapter as a Remote Client

A Site or Organization administrator can set up and manage an IBM Rational ClearCase adapter for the purpose of using the adapter as a remote client.

Perform the following steps in chronological order:

1. See Creating an Adapter to create a remote IBM Rational ClearCase adapter.

2. See How to Install Files for an IBM ClearCase Remote Adapter to download and execute the IBM Rational ClearCase adapter from the remote client.

3. See Determining if the IBM Rational ClearCase Adapter is Running to ensure the remote IBM Rational ClearCase adapter is running.
