The property com.ptc.windchill.uwgm.cadx.ws.scrollToTable controls whether the workspace page opens automatically scrolled to the beginning of the item list table or opens scrolled to the top of the page. When set to true (default), the page automatically scrolls to show the workspace item list.

To disable automatic scrolling, set the property to false as shown.
