Troubleshooting Tips
Consider the following when configuring and deploying a cluster configuration:
• During the initial deployment of a cluster configuration, it is strongly recommended that the following debug flags be set in the wt.properties files on the master cache and all client caches hosts:
wt.cache.verboseServer=true
wt.cache.verboseClient=true
• Monitor the server manager and method server log files and pay attention to Security Exceptions: Access denied and/or Server Unreferenced. Either of these could indicate a name resolution misconfiguration.
• Using the JMX Console, you can monitor the method servers configured in the cluster. You can also use the Server Status page to see system activity.
• Using the PTC System Monitor, you can monitor the method servers configured in the cluster.
