Work Center Information Page
A work center is a physical resource or set of resources that can be assigned to an operation (for example, lines, work units, work cells, resource pools, workstations, feeders).
The work center information page is a collection point for information related to the work center. The information page of a work center is accessed by clicking the information icon .

Actions
Information pages contain a list of applicable actions in a menu in the upper left corner of the page. The availability of these actions depends on the status of the work center, as well as your access to it. For more information about status indicators, see Object Status.
The following actions are of particular interest for this object.

Description
Display Related Manufacturing Objects
Opens the Related Manufacturing Objects Report, providing access to the Object List table. The Object List table allows you to view, collect, and associate additional related objects to the given object
Tabs
The following tabs are viewable on the work center information page. You can customize the tabs that appear on each object information page to display the information most useful to you. For more information, see Customizing Information Page Tabs.

The Details tab displays the attributes of an object.

While performing manufacturing operations, the operation time is equal to the time taken by the work center. In such scenarios, you can copy the time and cost information from the work center that is being assigned to the operation. To allocate a work center to an operation, you can drag and drop the selected work center under the operation. You can also use Copy action. On initiating these actions, the Confirm dialog box appears. Click Yes to copy the time and cost information.
Structure
The Structure tab allows you to create a logical representation for an object. This is also known as the Manufacturing Resource Browser.
The Structure tab also allows you to perform many different manufacturing process management functions, depending on the manufacturing object that has been selected. For example, plant and process plan management, BOM associativity management, and resource balancing.

Related
The Related tab allows you to view, add, change, or remove parts, described by and referenced documents. From this tab you can view the following related tables:

History
The History tab allows you to view the entire process of the object through its workflow states. From this tab you can view the following tables:
Timeline
Displays a graphical timeline of the object through the workflow states.

Changes
The Changes tab displays information about change objects and tasks. From this tab you can view the Associated Changes table.

Where Used
The Where Used tab allows you to determine in which workstation, line or plant the selected object is being used.
