Entering Decision Details
If the customer experience evaluator did not enter a decision and decision date when the Regulatory Decision activity was created, then the activity goes to the Decision workflow state. If you are assigned to the Regulatory Report Reviewer role, use the following procedure to enter a regulatory decision:
1. On your Home page, in your My Tasks table, click the report decision task. The Subject column lists the customer experience identification information.

If the regulatory decision is for Australia, Israel, or Japan, look in the Subject column to determine the country.
Instead of navigating to the task page, you can right-click the task in the My Tasks table and select Enter Decision Details.
At any time, you can click Save and continue working on the decision details later.
2. In the Task Action section, click Enter Decision Details.
3. In the Regulatory Decision section, from the Submit list, select Yes or No. This is a required field that drives the workflow.
If the customer experience is reportable, select Yes. The workflow of the regulatory activity moves to the Creation state.
If the customer experience is not reportable, select No. The workflow of the regulatory activity moves to the Closed state with no further workflow states.
4. Optionally, complete relevant information in the Regulatory Activity and Regulatory Decision sections.
5. Click Finish.
