Reviewing a Customer Experience Activity
If you are assigned to the Activity Reviewer role, use the following procedure to review a customer experience activity.
1. On your Home page, click the review task from the My Tasks table. The Subject column lists the customer experience identification information.

Instead of navigating to the task page, you can right-click the task in the My Tasks table and select Enter Review Details.
2. On the task page, click Enter Review Details.
3. In the Customer Experience Activity window, under Review, enter information in the following fields:

Review Date
Click the calendar icon to select the date the review was completed, or manually enter the date in yyyy-mm-dd format.
Response Accepted
Select one of the following:
Yes - Close
No - Return to Respondent
Review
Enter review comments.
4. Click Finish to move the customer experience activity to the next workflow state.
If the reviewer selected No - Return to Respondent in the Response Accepted field, the workflow for the customer experience activity moves back to the Response state. If an assignee was originally entered, the Response task is sent to that assignee. If an assignee was not originally entered, then the Response task goes back into the queue for all team members in the Activity Respondent role.
If the reviewer selected Yes - Close in the Response Accepted field, the workflow for the customer experience activity moves to the Closed state with no further workflow states.
