Consider the following assumptions and restrictions:
• Windchill Workgroup Manager assumes that SOLIDWORKS configurations are not modified independently of the generic model.
• By default, PTC_IS_INSTANCE is set to No.

If you want the default value for PTC_IS_INSTANCE to be Yes, you can set this configuration-specific property in your SOLIDWORKS template files.
