Basic Do’s and Don’ts of Import
Modification of Creo Parametric files imported to the target PLM system is not supported in this release of Creo Packages.
This means that the following actions cannot be applied to imported data:
• Modified in the imported target PLM system
• Associated to WTParts
• Renamed
• Revised
• Promoted or demoted
• Have its state changed with set state
You can import the following data:
• Viewed
• Added to the target PLM system workspace
• Copied
• Moved
• Deleted
