Conflict Reporting
The export package process can generate the following reports:
• Failed report
• Successful report
• Conflict report
• Overridable conflict resolution report
General Conflict Reports
General conflicts reports are written to the location from where the command is executed.
Conflicts are generated for both overridable and non-overridable conflicts. Warnings and informative messages are generated as separate reports in order to help you quickly determine if any conflicts were generated and if they need to be addressed before proceeding.
A supplemental file is generated listing overridable conflicts in a CSV format. This file allows you to decide the course of action and specify an option. It can be used as input for either the preview or the export package process.
The CSV file that defines the resolution can be specified through the command line utility. If the CSV file path is not specified, the path is read from the wpc_preferences.txt file. Following are details about the output files:
