Undo Check Out
The Undo Check Out action is available from Creo Schematics, and from Windchill.
Undo Check Out reverses a checkout and allows you to return to the object version that you originally checked in. Undo Checkout acts on the object open in the active session and reverses any changes that were made to the object after it was checked out.
The Windchill preference Undo Checkout Overwrite Local Content, available from Preference Management, specifies whether the object content is overwritten in cache by default when using the Undo Checkout action. The default is set to False, meaning that the object content is not overwritten in cache.
You access
Undo Check Out in
Creo Schematics by clicking
in the
Windchill ribbon.
To access the Undo Check Out action from Windchill:
1. From the active workspace, select one or more objects whose checkouts you want to undo.
2. Do one of the following:
a. Select >
b. Click
in the workspace
Object List table toolbar.
The system reverses the checkouts, releasing the modification locks in the commonspace.
