Windchill Requirements Management 安装后的配置
为了使产品成员能够访问 Windchill Requirements Management 中的 Windchill 对象，管理员必须为这些对象授予权限。
在任意 Windchill shell 中，运行以下命令脚本：
windchill com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.requirement.util.REQLContainerACLPatcher
