Type
|
A document type (for example, software document or software configuration data document). The options available are specific to your site.

Name
|
The text identifier for the document. The name does not have to be unique.
|

Number
|
The unique numeric identifier for the document.
|
||
Status
|
Indicates whether the document is checked in or checked out. If the document is checked out, the name of the user to whom the document is checked out appears. If the document is checked out to you, the following links appear:
• Go to Working Copy links to the working copy of the document.
• Go to Original Version links to the version of the document that was last checked in

Primary Content
|
The primary content of the document. If none exists, No Content displays. Otherwise, the name and the view information link to details specific to the primary content. If the primary content is a software file, it launches and retrieves the content from the repository to where it is linked from. |

Attachments
|
The attachment content of the document. If none exists, No Content displays. Otherwise, the name and the view information link to details specific to the attachment content. If the attachment content is a software file, it launches and retrieves the content from the repository to where it is linked from. |

Modified By
|
The name of the user who last modified the document.
|
||
Last Modified
|
The date and time when the document was last checked in or edited.
|
||
Description
|
Description of the document.

Format Name
|
The type of content used as the primary content of the document.

Life Cycle Template
|
If this field appears, select the life cycle template you want to use for the document from the drop-down menu.

Created By
|
The name of the resource who created the document.
|
||
Created On
|
The date of the resource who created the document.
|
||
State
|
The state of the document. The values in this column vary depending on the adapter that you have selected in the Repository field.

Team Template
|
If this field appears, select the life cycle team template you want to use for the document from the drop-down menu.
