Revising an Object
Use the Revise action to revise an object from the current version to the next version; for example, from A.3 to B.1.
1. To revise an object, select any of its attributes. To revise multiple objects, select the attributes in one of the following ways:
◦ To revise a range of objects, press SHIFT and select the first and the last cells of the required range.
◦ To revise specific objects, press CTRL and select the required cells.
2. Click or select Revise from the right-click actions menu. The Revise dialog box opens, listing the objects selected for revision.
3. Click OK. The selected object is revised.

A warning message appears in the following conditions:
• If the selected object belongs to an older revision, the object is revised but the new revision may not be updated on the Edit Plant Information window. However, the object gets revised only if the Allow revise of non-latest revisions preference is set to Yes and the object belongs to the latest iteration of an older revision.
• If you do not have Revise access to the selected objects.
