Load Activity Layouts File
In order for Activity layouts to be preserved during upgrade, the PlanActivity.xml file must be loaded on the source system. From a windchill shell, execute the following command:
{WT_HOME}\loadFiles\type>windchill wt.load.LoadFromFile -d PlanActivity.xml -u <Site_Admin_Username> -p <Site_Admin_Password>
