configureTomcat
Running the configureTomcat target ensures that the Embedded Servlet Engine (formerly know as Tomcat) JSP compilation mode is set to prod. Setting the mode to prod minimizes JSP compilation frequency.
The following example shows the prompt that is displayed for the compilation mode:
