The initial Performance Advisor queue entry for tracking the creation of a Performance Advisor report is created when Windchill is installed. The entry recreates itself each time the scheduled time for the entry to execute arrives; therefore, there is always an entry under the commonScheduleQueue queue with a target class of WAReportCreationManager that has a Ready status.

If the WAReportCreationManager queue entry is deleted, restart your method server to recreate the queue entry.
