Setting the Primary Server
You can set a Windchill server to be the primary server either by using > . or by selecting Set as Primary from the Folder navigator.
1. In the client window, click > . The Server Management window opens.
2. In the Servers list, select a server that you wish to make primary.
3. Click > . A confirmation window opens. Click Yes to proceed all objects in session, or click No to cancel. The selected server is set as primary.
You can also use the Folder navigator to set a server as your primary server.
1. Using the Folder navigator, locate the server that you want to make as the primary server and right-click on it. The shortcut menu appears.
2. Click Set as Primary. A confirmation window opens.
