• View Effectivity Log—View the effectivity log for the configuration item. This log lists the effectivity ranges for change actions affect the configuration item.

• Fulfill Change Action—Fulfill the change action with which the design solution is associated. For more information, see Fulfilling Change Actions.

• Undo Fulfill Change Action—Change the status of the design solution from Fulfilled to Candidate for the associated change action. and This also changes the status of the associated change action from Solved to To be studied.

• Fulfill Change Action—Fulfill the change action with one of the available design solutions. For more information, see Fulfilling Change Actions.

• Undo Fulfill Change Action—Change the status of the change action from Solved to To be studied. The stage of the design solution that fulfilled the change action changes from Fulfilled to Candidate.

• Modify Change Action Status—The change action status is primarily modified by either the Fulfill Change Action or Undo Fulfill Change Action actions. However, you can use Modify Change Action Status to change the status to No Solution Needed or Rejected, if necessary.
