Using the Dragger to Transform or Rotate Parts
You can translate and rotate parts in the graphics area using the dragger. Select the parts in the 3D view to activate the dragger. The dragger is centered on the selected parts. After you activate the dragger, drag any of its elements to move or rotate the selected parts. The dragger has preselection highlighting to help you select an element for relocating or reorienting a part.
