Customer Experience Activities
When evaluating a customer experience, a user assigned to the Customer Experience Evaluator role can initiate a request for a general activity to a specific user. Customer experience activities are general activities not tied to a particular product. While creating the customer experience activity, the customer experience evaluator can designate a user to review the response, if a review is necessary.
