Correcting Windchill Customer Experience Management Classification Trees
Customers who are upgrading from a new Windchill Customer Experience Management 10.2 M030 installation to 11.0 or later see two instances of the Customer Experience Trending Classification Tree under the CEM Event Trending Classification Tree. To remove the duplicate classification tree, follow these steps:
1. Click Site > Utilities.
2. Click Quality Classification Tree Administration.
3. Click the edit classification tree icon next to CEM Event Trending Classification Tree.
4. In the Classification Tree panel, select the instance of the Customer Experience Trending Classification Tree that does not have child nodes. This instance does not have an expand icon .
5. Click the delete icon .
6. Click OK.
