Troubleshooting File Vaulting
Problem
Check-in fails when one of the mount status in a clustered setup becomes read-only, even though the status of other mounts are VALID.
Action
Enable the check-in action on cluster nodes that have VALID mount status even though some mount status are read-only. Configure the wt.fv.faultTolerantVaultsMountStatusCheck property to enable the check-in action. Refer Windchill Properties for File Vaulting for details.
Problem
Mount status in a clustered set-up becomes read-only due to hardware or network failure.
Action
Enable auto-restore mechanism using property wt.fv.faultTolerantVaultsAutoRestore. Refer Windchill Properties for File Vaulting for details.
Problem
View failed requests for Azure Blob Storage operations.
Action
Enable logging for your storage account. Review the log data in the storage account to see details about read, write, and delete operations against your blobs. For failed requests such as timeouts, throttling, and authorization errors, reasons for the failures are included in the log data.
For more information on enabling logs, see Azure Blob Storage Logging.
