PTC Customer Agreement
The installer prompts you to accept the license agreement. Acceptance of the license agreement is required for installation. The person installing this software must have the legal authority to accept the license agreement on behalf of the customer. If the installer does not accept the license agreement, instructions appear on-screen with respect to how to return the software for a efund. Note that a refund will only be given if the instructions are followed in a timely manner (no later than 30 days after the software is shipped by PTC). Before you are allowed to accept the agreement, you must scroll all the way through it to acknowledge you have reviewed the information.
The installer prompts you to acknowledge the acceptance of the Mandatory license data collection. Windchill is configured to automatically transmit license usage data to PTC for license compliance purposes, thus providing you with license consumption insights and trends to best manage your license entitlements.
To request an exemption from sharing license usage data, open a PTC Technical Support case using the Case Logger and select License Service – Exemption Request as the area.

License usage data does not include any personal information, such as username, email address or name. You may also enable Windchill to transmit additional information by enabling Windchill Performance Advisor. For more information, see PTC Privacy Policy.
