Monitoring and Maintenance Activities
After you have completed the initial configuration steps so you can allow users to access Windchill, you should set up a schedule of activities for monitoring and maintaining a Windchill environment that is performing well. PTC provides some tools within Windchill that you can use when Windchill is running. Additionally, PTC highly recommends that you install and use the System Monitor which is available as a free add-on monitoring system.
