Suspended, Canceled, or Completed Projects and Programs
Administrators and managers can restart a project that has been suspended, canceled, or completed by navigating to the project information page and selecting Actions > Start.
You can also navigate to the Projects or Programs table and select All Projects by State from the views drop-down menu. Select Start from the right-click actions menu.

If a project is suspended, the corresponding plan is also suspended. When the project is resumed, the plan must be manually resumed in a separate action.
To automatically resume the plan, set the following property to true:
com.ptc.projectmanagement.plan.resumePlanOnProjectResume

Deleted Projects and Programs
Once you delete a project, you cannot restart it or access it, and it is removed from the Projects and Programs tables.
You cannot permanently delete all references to the project in the database. Instead, deleted projects and programs are hidden in the database until an organization administrator either restores it or permanently deletes its content.
To restore a project:
1. Navigate to Organization > Reports.
2. From the Projects table, select Deleted Projects from the table views.
3. From the right-click actions menu, select Restore to return the project to the active projects list. You can also restore deleted project information by saving it as a new project.
To permanently delete the project data:
1. Navigate to Organization > Reports.
2. From the Projects table, select Deleted Projects from the table views.
3. From the right-click actions menu, select Remove Content.
Once the content has been removed, you cannot restart the project. However, a row for the deleted project permanently remains in the Deleted Projects view.
